CDT Audio,Inc. GOLD SERIES Limited Life Time" warranty
Warrants the GOLD-SERIES product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

1. For a period of TEN (10) years from date of purchase, CDT Audio will pay all labor charges of CDT Audio authorized service facility to repair a defective product.
2. In addition, CDT Audio will supply at no charge, new rebuilt part(s) for defective part(s) for a period of TEN (1) years from original date of purchase. After TEN (10) year period, purchaser must pay for all parts charges.



Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipt, from an authorized CDT Audio dealer, which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service.
To obtain warranty service, you must ship the product in the original or equivalent packaging, or deliver the product prepaid, to CDT Audio,Inc. Buellton California USA. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, due to acts of God, accidents, tampering, modification, misuse, poor, improper, or careless professional installation, abuse or negligence to this product.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT OF THE MANUFACTURER.

CDT AUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENTION NOT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN SCOPE TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
